Exhibitor Information

Booths are going fast and space is limited!

Sunday, January 28th, 2024 11am-3pm


Exhibitor Fees:


Submit Application and Payment by 12/16- Save $50!

Sponsorship Packages Available ($750-$1500 value) includes premium booth near stage or door, logo on all marketing materials, advertising before, durIng and after event as well as a premium listing in the exhibitor list on the website for 1 year.


$350 for Premium Showcase Booth  (Wall/Corner/Stage Area) 10' x 10' Booth


$275 for Standard Booth 10' x 10' Booth (inside, middle row)

Set Up & Take Down:

Set-Up will take place

Friday 1/26 from 1pm-5pm


Sunday 1/28 from 8-10am - no exceptions


All booths must be completed and set up by 10am, no exceptions

All vehicles must be parked in main parking lot by 10am, no exceptions

No access to the grounds on Saturday, January 28, no exceptions


Take down will be Sunday 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Unless other arrangements are made.

Vendors are required to have booths occupied and attended for the duration of the event.  Early take-down is not permitted.
